Like the rest of South Africa, Bloemfontein Courant journalists are also celebrating Tekkie Tax day.
The initiative is an annual fundraising campaign for a large mix of carefully selected welfare organisations, schools and institutions in South Africa.
Beneficiaries of the campaign are some none government organizations (NGOs) across the country that provide shelter and care for animals, children, the disabled.
The campaign also supports NGOs that contribute towards ensuring that children from underprivileged backgrounds receive education.
